Our Product arrives in liquid form which replaces a portion of the paste mixing water. Manufacturers of any size and scale can easily incorporate our products into their existing manufacturing process. Standard container sizes are 10L jugs, 200L drums, and 1,000L Totes.

Our lead-acid product portfolio contains a custom-tailored collection of nanomaterial solutions which vary by the MOLECULAR REBAR® variety, stabilization agents used, and loading levels required for activity. Lab and partner data show enhanced charging capability, improved cold-cranking performance, and increased cycle life under normal and high-rate partial state of charge duties. These performance metrics translate to decreased warranty returns, sometimes as much as 95%, manufacturing cost reductions through elimination of excess materials, and the inception of new, advanced battery products.

Lithium-Ion

Our lithium-ion product portfolio contains a mixture of solvent and aqueous-based formulations which are compatible with the various chemistries active in the lithium-ion industry today. These products also vary by grade of MOLECULAR REBAR®, stabilization agents used, and loading levels required for activity. Lab and partner data show robust improvements to charging capability (>4C) and high-power output along with true enablement (>800 cycles) of high energy-density silicon anode systems (>300 Wh/kg). These performance metrics translate to faster charging cells capable of storing more energy in a smaller space, perfect for the automotive and consumer electronic markets.
